The influence of textile technology on the quality of home textile products

Spinning count: the higher the count (such as 100 vs 40), the finer the yarn, the softer the fabric, but the strength may be reduced (need to reasonably control the twist).
Weaving density: the number of warp and weft yarns (e.g. 133×72 roots / square inch), the higher the density, the tighter and sturdier the fabric (e.g. the density of gonza satin is usually > 300 roots).
Finishing technology: high-quality soft finishing can keep the fabric fluffy for a long time, while poor-quality process may lead to stiffness after washing; poor color fastness products are prone to fading and color stringing.
Through the whole process of process control, Xinjiang long-staple cotton and other high-quality raw materials can be transformed into a delicate feel, durability of home textile products, and process differences is also one of the core reasons for the difference in quality and price of different brands.
